We need you to take a moment to fill in a pay and morale survey – which will be used to inform the Government of your views.

From today (Tuesday 18 April) the survey is available to all rank and file officers across the country. It takes about 15 minutes to complete and will remain open until 18 May.

Force to be represented at PC Keith Palmer’s funeral

Officers from Bedfordshire Police Federation will be making a poignant trip to London today for the funeral of PC Keith Palmer.

Thousands of police officers and staff, as well as other emergency service workers and members of the public, will line the streets of the capital ahead of the full police service funeral which is being held at 2pm at Southwark Cathedral.

Following the terrorist attack in London which left 4 innocent people dead including PC Keith PALMER there has been overwhelming outpouring of support for policing across the UK. When we lose one of our own, no matter which force they are from, we all feel that pain as we know why they joined and understand what it means.
