Starting midnight on the 28th November 2022, the existing online Will service will no longer allow members to register for the online Will writing service or start a new Will.

Any member that has started to create a new online Will up to this point will still be able to complete the process on the existing platform up to midnight on 28th February 2023.

Any member that has created a Will on the existing platform over the last 2 years, if they have still not downloaded a copy of their Will, will still be able to do so up to midnight on the 28th February 2023. Beyond that date, if the member has not downloaded their Will, they will not have access to the document beyond this point. (Please note, unless and until the Will is downloaded it is not a legally binding or valid document).

Starting midnight on the 28th November 2022, members wishing to create a new free online Will need to access the new service via this link www.legalforlife.co.uk

"I am Head of the Family Law Practice at Slater & Gordon.  I have been at the firm for over 11 years and have extensive experience in dealing with Family Law issues for Police Federation members across the country.  I will ensure that your members are allocated to the Family Law Solicitor with the right level of expertise for their individual case, whether their case is dealt with by me or by one of my Solicitor colleagues in our expert Family Law team.

We offer a free of charge initial appointment to Police Federation members (usually lasting around 45 minutes) and thereafter, once on a more formal footing, members benefit from a discount to our hourly rates and an exclusive discount to our Divorce fixed fee (£420 incl. VAT plus Court fee)."
