This morning HM Treasury published details of a Public service pension schemes consultation process which started today and will close on 11 October 2020.
The consultation description contained the following: “The government is committed to fixing the discrimination as quickly as possible and welcomes your views on how best to do this.” The announcement included an announcement on the cost control mechanism and the Government’s proposed next steps.
