Dear Colleagues,

As you will be aware from my email to Joint Branch Boards on 7 April, at our first meeting of the PNB Pay & Conditions Working Group, the Official Side presented Staff Side with a letter in respect of the Winsor Recommendations. 

As I indicated at that meeting, Staff Side would respond to that letter at the next Full meeting of the Police Negotiating Board. 

That meeting took place today and I attach the statement I made at the PNB Full Board in my capacity as both General Secretary of the Police Federation of England and Wales and as the Secretary of Staff Side.
