    Have you used the Chalet in the past rolling 12 months? Please state if this was a paid break or welfare

    The chalet is available to subscribing federated members to book for a 3 or 4 day break between March and December.

    The price includes privilege cards which allow access to the site amenities, as well as discounts on food, drinks and activities.

    Members are invited to apply via the online booking form and specify three dates, in order of preference.

    At the point a date is confirmed to the member, they will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total balance within 48 hours, or the booking will be cancelled, and the date released. 
    Only once that is paid and agreement to terms and conditions of use is agreed and returned will the booking be secured.

    The outstanding balance will need to be paid 14 calendar days before arrival.

    Welfare Breaks

    “Complimentary Welfare breaks” are available for federation members a referral from a supervisor is required.
