Accord Legal Services

Accord are fully committed to assisting POLFED members and their families with their Estate planning needs.  Accord are continuing to offer a Free of charge Will writing service to all POLFED members and their immediate family throughout 2023/24.

Accord are experts in all areas of estate planning including, Wills, Protective Trusts, Lasting Power of Attorney, Court of Protection, Care fee and Inheritance Tax Planning.  We can help members take control of what happens to their estates when they pass rather than put their beneficiary’s inheritance at risk.

Appointments are conducted by telephone, Skype, Zoom or home visit.  The appointments usually take around half an hour on average. Once instructions have been taken, they are sent to our legal team, comprised of lawyers and STEP qualified staff that will draft the Will. All of our Wills are created on an advised basis – every consultation is bespoke and every Will drafted accordingly.  Our consultants can also provide advice on a number of other estate planning services, including tax, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trust services and probate should anyone require further specialist advice.

As well as the above Accord are offering free practical bereavement advice following the passing of a loved one.  We would be happy to help you with next steps following a bereavement.

To book an appointment interested parties can email info@accordwills.co.uk and our booking team will be in touch to arrange.
