Police Care UK
A UK wide charity which exists to assist serving and veteran police officers, staff, and volunteers, irrespective of rank, who have been’ harmed as a result of policing’, by providing practical and emotional help including personal financial grants, and psychological assistance.
If you’ve not already done so, would invite you and your colleagues to consider registering for our newsletter, here; https://www.policecare.org.uk/
Because there is no subscription to Police Care UK, (we don’t want this to be a barrier for those needing help), and we receive no state funding, all the assistance we provide relies on donations. We are very grateful to all individuals across all forces for supporting Police Care UK via Payroll Giving scheme, Donations, or any other ways of involvement.
New Grant Applications Paused
While we expand and improve our grants programme, with effect from July 21, this service has been paused to make some key changes.
This does not affect any applications currently being processed, however, new requests for financial support will not be accepted until the beginning of November 2025.
More updates will be announced in the coming months. Thanks for your patience.

PTSD999
PTSD999 is unique in the way it provides support; the majority of its trustees, administrators and most importantly doctors and counselling staff have served in the Emergency Services and/or Military and suffered PTSD, or have close ties with someone who has. This enables us to understand exactly the unique un-written bond that ties us all together.
